‘Twas the Month before Christmas

I’m not exactly sure where I get my random inspiration for what I name my posts, but they sure are random. 😀

So here we are…and it’s almost Christmas, which is my favorite time of the year (in case some of you can’t tell). 😉 😛

This month (on the 4th) I celebrated 11 years of having received the Holy Ghost, and I’m so thankful that I don’t find myself in a religion where receiving the HG is the last step.  I’m glad that there is always more in God’s presence, and that I can never get too full of Him!  I can’t until the day when I celebrate 50 years of having the HG.  That is always one of the highlights of the month of November.

We have lots of things going on in the  next few weeks.  Last Wednesday, my mom flew out to help my grandma in the US.  My mom flies back next Tuesday, and my grandparents (my dad’s parents) fly in with her…and I’m looking forward to it.

However, the day that my mom flies back is the same day that Becca and LaCrecia fly out, and we are not anticipating that!  We have appreciated their help so much, and will miss them when they leave.

We have a couple visitors more before the end of the year, and I’m looking forward to that!  I can’t believe that the end of the year is already sneaking up on us, when it feels like it was just a few weeks ago that we were starting 2018.

I’m thankful for the things God is doing, and that he’s allowing me to be a part of them!  God is good!

Nahum 1:7 King James Version (KJV)

The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Thank you for reading, and have a blessed day!

Sarah
